Yoga Power Ball Certification: Provides practical information and techniques for teaching yoga postures and poses using stability balls. The training includes program theory and guidelines, practical sessions of hands-on technique work, and program development information. AFAA 5 CEC's, ISCA 5 CEC's, 5 Yoga Alliance 5 CEC's (non contact).
